Harris Komishane

Harris Komishane is former Head of Finance & Strategy for Fidelity Investments and a member of Fidelity Investments 12-person Operating Committee. Harris has held senior financial management roles across all of Fidelity’s operating businesses over a 28-year career (Asset Management, Institutional Brokerage, Capital Markets, Retail Brokerage).

He was also the former CFO/COO of Devonshire Investors (Fidelity’s Private Equity/VC arm), a member of the Investment Committee, and Board Member on portfolio companies.

Harris has significant experience in business strategy with a focus on turnarounds & start-up businesses. His previous experience was with The Coca-Cola Company and Price Waterhouse.

Harris has been an angel investor and business advisor focused on the future of food, sustainable packaging, and sustainable materials. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Richmond and MBA in accounting and finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management.  He is a CFA Charter holder and CPA.
